  11. KMTRM100.ZIP    KAMterm: Host Mode prog. for Kantronics TNCs

  13. KAMterm is a Host Mode terminal program for the Kantronics All Mode
  14. (KAM) TNC, as well as other Kantronics TNCs which support Host Mode
  15. (e.g., the KPC-2, KPC-3, et al).  Major features include:
  16.  
  17.    *) separate windows (each full screen) for TNC commands, monitor
  18.       output, and each active stream.  PgUp/PgDn switches between
  19.       screens.
  20.  
  21.    *) when capturing screen output to a file, KAMterm keeps track of
  22.       who said what and indicates this in the file.
  23.  
  24.    *) startup/exit configuration files --- allows you to change the
  25.       configuration of the TNC on startup/exit (optional)
  26.  
  27.    *) special ``priority window'' for keeping an eye on one stream
  28.       while working in another (e.g., watching a DX cluster, etc.)
  29.  
  30.    *) special AMTOR window which displays the XMITECHO output (shows
  31.       the progress of transmitting chars on AMTOR)
  32.  
  33.    *) built in QSO logger (rather crude) with the ability to configure
  34.       KAMterm to call an external logger program instead (based on the
  35.       assumption that anyone using the computer as a logbook probably
  36.       already has a logging program they like to use....)
  37.  
  38.    *) all the normal features you'd expect, like scrollback buffers,
  39.       programmable function keys, shell out to dos, etc.
